• Fully licensed and registered with the Civil Aviation Authority.
• Member of FPV UK (UK association for radio control model and drone flying).
• Drone Specific Public Liability insurance. This is a legal requirement when using a drone for commercial work and differs from just normal Public Liabiity insurance. If a photographer is using a drone without Drone Specific Public Liability insurance, not only are they breaking the law it also means that should their drone injure anyone, or damage property, their normal Public Liability insurance won't cover it.
• Drone Photography is available for a small additional cost to the booking - this covers the Drone Specific Public Liability insurance, any additional permissions required (venue/landowner permissions) and Health and Safety Risk Assesment.
• The ability to take-off and fly is obviously weather dependent. Should the weather conditions on the day be unsuitable for drone flying the related cost will be refunded.
